Fake charging done on credit card

Few days before i got a call from abm amro and the guy who was calling told that they are putting my name in the defaulters list and they are fwding the case to cibil. the lady was not even speaking properly, she talked to me in wrong manner. abm amro has charged me with 7000 rupees. i have never done a single transaction with this credit card, when they offered the card they told that it's free of cost after that they charged me with this amount. now they are calling me every other day and saying they will do a settlement with rupees 3000, this is a harassment of mine.
