Meter issue
Neighbour is stopping the meter and using electricity

I am geetha, i just wanted to register a complaint regarding my next door, who is stopping the meter and using (2 A/c through out the day and night, TV whole day, heater, computer and speakers, iron box etc) but the electricity charged is just around 350 to 400 for 2 months. In our flat we all came to know that they are stopping the meter by removing some wire from the meter and connecting it before 10 to 15 days when meter reading person is about to come.

We do not know where to complain this problem, electricity board need to catch hold of their theft of electricity.
