Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your printed note dated nil regarding non-payment of renewal premium, our policy now in a LAPSE mode. This is in continuation to our earlier Advocate Notice dated 9-06 by Mr. S. Stanley John Chennai 64, South Boag Road, T, Nager, 600 017. We wish to inform you that I have paid one lakh and fifty thousand Rupees by one Cheque on 29-03 of UTI Bank Adyar. on behalf of my children Ebenezer J Moses, Anita Josephine Moses and Cynthia Jacqueline Moses . you have sent Policies for Ebenezer J Moses and Cynthia Jacqueline Moses at one stroke and not issued the policy for Anita Josephine Moses till we raised our objection without any reason that too after two months. As such we are not satisfied with your service and we have sent a detailed letter followed by a Advocate notice. Unfortunately You have not responded to our letter or the Lawyer notice instead now you have sent the printed note dated nil regarding non-payment of renewal premium, our policy now in a LAPSE mode. We here by call upon you to take immediate action on the advocate notice sent earlier letter with in fifteen days failing which we have to take legal action for the deficiency of service and also followed by press meet to caution the public about the public suffering.

I sincerely hope that you will reply immediately at least to our letter.
