Insurance Agents Cheating

Hello Sir,

I have a policy on the name of my mother Mrs Meera Ravikumar. This policy was taken on 28/04/07. One of one Metlife agent has actually cheated my father and mother when this policy was taken. They had to meet some targets. Now this policy has been lapsed. I had no idea about such a policy that was taken. Thesepeople need to meet some targets and ordinary people fall prey to it. When I had contacted Metlife customer care they told this was not possible unless the pending amount is paid. I need to withdraw the amount that we had invested. Agents had told that it was one time payment.
