Termination without reason

Sir, I had been working as Executive (Operations) with metlife india insurance from sep 2008. Day before yesterday i gor the pay hike & a bonus on Rs. 5000 as a good performance.

But in 24 hour the Zonal Head at Gurgaon ask for resing as my performance in not good.

How the two things can be same & how a perfromance can be judge in 24 hrs.
