I am not satisfied with your Mattresses

I have purchased your mattresses (platinum) 2 months ago, one mattress cover is tearing from the side. It seem that it is a manufacturing defect. I have reminded you several times but no action been taken.

However you give guarantee of the product for 10 years, I am not able to understand if you are not able to give the service after 2 months. How can you claim 10 years guarantee for your products.
