Salary for the month of novembe

Dear sir,

i was working for franck provost (metropolitan brands distributors pvt ltd) which is a leading international salon and spa since the past 3 and half years. i gave my resignation on the 28th of october (we require to give a one months notice of resignation). my last day in the company was 28th of november. today it is 3rd of january and i have not yet received my salary for the month of november. i spoke to the hr department of the company, they are saying wait for 15 days more and then give us a call. i do not understand that when i have given a notice of one month and left as per the requirements of the company why should i wait for 15 days more for my salary to be credited. doesn't the company have a concience that i have worked in the company since the past 3 and half years and i have given a notice of one month as per the norms, so why are they not prompt in crediting my salary for the month of november. why should i wait till 15th of january for my salary of november? i have received a reliving letter from the company. if i knew that they would take so much time to credit my pay i would have left the company without giving a one month notice. what are the options so that i get my salary asap. i mean u have to understand if an employee has worked for your company since the past 3 and a half year why unnecessary harass a poor employee? please comment and offer solution to the same. thank you.
