Mtc bus 18k-kn1661 not maintained properly

I travelled by 18 k bus (west saidapet to Central) - bus no KN 1661 - boarded the bus around 11.30 am in mettupalayam bus stand. i was sitting in the rear side of the bus which jolted due to some problem in shock absorber (or baloon). i understood that despite the complaint from crew the problem is not being attended and suggested the public to make a complaint. i do not know exactly what is the problem but i expereinced shock whenever the bus moved on speed braker . the bottom of the bus hit the speed braker with big bang.
