Air Conditioner not Working

Hello

I commute to work every day using Metrol Rail and have been very happy with its service. But since last 4-5 weeks the service has gone down in terms of No A.C. during the evening peak hours.

I would like to highlight the fact that the AC in Metro rails during evening peak hours is switched off by the driver. They just switch the blower on and not the Air Conditioner.

Hence, due to high volume of passengers in the train it gets really humid & suffocating.

If we are paying the charge for a full service ride from one place to another then why dont we get proper service. The AC works perfectly fine during morning peak hours but in the evenings its switched off.

I'll appreciate if you can please look into this and resolve the issue.
