Gyser service Problem

Hello,

I have called Metro Services guys, they are in Indira nagar to service my Gyser. They took the gyser and returned back within two days and charged Rs. 1750/-. They said the gyser will have warranty for six months. But they gyser only worked fro two days and stop working. I am keep on calling them more than 10 times, but they are not responding. In their website, they promissed that they will respond within 1 hour time and I am waiting for them to repair my Gyser for more than two weeks.

It is purely Cheating and Please cascade to other consumers awareness.
