Conductors attitude towards passenge

Dear Sir,

I have recently got job in Thoraipakkam. I am commuting by MTC buses and Metro Train to work palce from my residence at Mylapore. While returning normally I board a bus to Thiruvanmiyur railway station from Thoraipakkam. On 9.8.11 I was waiting for bus at 8 p.m. in bus stopping next to Mettukuppam bus stop. In this bus stop only ordinary buses stop. Yesterday at 8p.m. 5G bus had come and stopped little away from busstop. I boarded the bus thinking that it will go to Thiruvanmiyur railway station and asked ticket for the same stop. The Conductor looked at me for a while and gave ticket no.959586 FS45 for RS.4/-. The bus took a turn at Perungudi and lot of crows was inside the bus at that time. Immediately I enquired co passenger whether it will go to Thiruvanmiyur he said it may go. I travelled till the crowd get reduced at Guindy. The conductor went away near the driver and I had to get down at Saidapet. Because Conductors irresponsible attitude I had to travel all the way to Saidapet and get another bus from their to mylapore. He has cunningly given a ticket, if he told me that this bus will not go I would have got down and boarded right bus. His attitude towards me was not at all acceptable. I have wasted my precisious time and money. And it was late night he has done like this. I think because of conductors like him entire transport corporation gets a bad name. I am really sorry the way I was treated by him. KIndly enquire and give atleast a memo to him. Also I request you to please send more M21C buses in this route, this bus is not at all seen at peak hours to reach office in time. Please do the needful.
