I was met an accident at sector34 on 31/07

As I was going on scooter met with an accident on 31/07 at 7pm near Verka Booth sector34 chandigarh. The Lady at House No 1057 Sector44B was standing on seeing me. I think she was behind my accident and Please enquire about it. Take a Legal action aginst that Lady.
