Cancellation of card

Sir/Madam,

I, undersigned Preeti J Masurnaik would like to inform u that the credit card application reference num 747982 approved but i didnt get the card and pin num. when i checked with customer care, they are telling that it already received. After communicating several times also when again i confirmed with my old office they told that they recieved the ATM pin password.

I dont understand when my credit card is cancelled why still i am getting the supporting documents. and after all i observed that u people are having very bad communication with the customer.

HUMBLE REQUEST THAT I DONT WANT ANY CREDIT CARD FROM AXIS BANK AND PLEASE CONFIRM ME OR REVERT BACK.

Please cancel and block this card.
