Reliance Money DMACT Account

Hi Sir/Madam,

I applied for the DMAT account on 31-1 and it was communicated to me that it will take 10-12 working days to get the DMAT kit. One Agent of the R-Money came to me and i signed at 54 places to ensure everything goes fine and i provied all the necessary document required for this. After 20 days of the date when i did't get any communication from the RMoney then i called to the customer care and they told me that there is no information about the acknowledement number you are providing. It was bit shocking and it was ensured to me that this issue will be taken at higher priority but all in vain. Situation was much better till 6-03 because my cheque of 750 rs was not credited to any account but when 750 rs was deducted from the account i was sure that i am going to get the DMAT Kit, But till now nothing has been done. I keep on talking to the R-Money Customer Care Executive like i called to some swapnil today and he also told me that there is no such information in our database. Bizzare stuff happend when 15 days back i got one call from Rmoney office and they told me that they are going to send the DMAT kit but i dont know which pathetic postal service is being used by the Reliance Money that it's not delievered till now. Many of my frieds suggested me that customer care service of the reliance money is pathetic and its quite evident now.

So what can be done now becasue they have taken money and nothing has been done till now. Its really disappointing to get this kind of serivce from a well known organisation.
