Front left side tyre wearing off

I own a Hyundai Santro which is bought in june 07' . my problem is that the left side front tyre got worn off even before 10, 000 kms were done. later i got a wheel alignment and wheel blancing done from the dealer MGF Hyundai, Cochin. I made them check why this happened, but they responded saying there is no complaint. Then, after this i made them do a wheel rotation to see if it was any defect of that particular tyre. but i was shocked to see that the second tyre they put on the left side front started wearing off... now my car is nearing its 20, 000 km service, but i hae lost my two tyres almost completely... The Company claims an average minimum life for the tyres as 40, 000 kms. But even befor 20, 000 kms i have only two tyres in good condition.. And the MGF hyundai dealer is not able to give me an answer for my complaint. They say they are unable to find the defect.. i would like to get a response from the concerned person from HYUNDAI at the earliest..
