MGL pipe gas connection
No connection after 2 years of paying initial deposit amount

Dear Sir/Madam

It’s been two years since the initial deposit amount has been collected by MGL representative from our society and till date there is no gas pipeline connection provided to us. As a Hon. Secretary of the society and on behalf of the 50 tenants of Anand Sagar Residency Thane (W), I request you to please investigate into the reason for the delay.

It’s ironical that the building across the street has been provided by the MGL gas pipeline connection but we haven’t received it yet. All previous attempts to get the concerned authorities to look into this matter have proved futile. I am ready to speak to any other concerned authorities within MGL if I am assured of some response.

Request your kind attention on this issue. Kindlu inform by when we would be provided the pipe gas connection.
