DISRUPTION IN WATER SUPPLY

SUBJECT:- Disruption in water supply - K . No. 12340729872

Dear Sir,

We are not getting water power supply from the evening of 13th Nov. It under stood that the water supply has been disrupted becouse of some repair work carried out enroute.

You will kindly appreciatet that it is difficult for us to run the hospital without drinking water and patients are suffering for want of the same. Our minimum requirement of water for drinking purposes is 10, 000/- Ltr per day.

You are requested to kindly provide the same through alternate source i.e tanker etc., till such timethe normal supply line is restored.
