MANUPLATION IN RESERVATIONS

Sir,

I have booked ticket PNR No.216-6252672 in RAJDHANI EXP FROM NEW DELHI TO MUMBAI as on 18-11-09 Train No.2952 in 2nd AC. My reservation position was as follow

1. On 09-11-09 it was WL/35. WL/11. date of booking.

2. On 17-11-09 at 5 PM it was WL/04.

3. On 18-11-09 at 11.30 am it was WL/02.

4. On 18-11-09 at 1.15PM IT WAS RAC-14.

5. ON CHAT DISPLAYED AT PLATFORM AT 3.45 PM WAS WL01.

After seeing my RAC-14, I left the Hotel to board the train, but as in chart it showed waiting List, it has SURPRISED ME AND CLEARLY IT SHOWS THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES ARE MANUPLATING IN RESERVATIONS.

I have pleaded to various Ticket examiners to permit me to board the train, but they refused to listen me. But I was Thankful to Mr. Vijay Kannan -TC who has offered me to adjust in Upper Class ie in 1st AC by taking the difference amount and he also stated to Mr. R.K Khan to accommodate me. It was due to this both TCs support I was able to board the train in Upper classs after paying the difference.

NOW I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO GIVE ME EXPLANATION FOR ALLOTING RAC-14 AND LATER PUTTING IN WC-01 AND ALSO RETURN MY DIFFERENCE WITH PENALTY FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME (Difference Receipt No.172540 dt 18-11-09 for Rs.1330/-).

WAITING FOR EARLY ACTION.
