Hello Sir/Madam,

I am a resident or Sindhudurg Building, Lalbaug, Mumbai - 12. It is a registered society from MHADA. On behalf of our residents I will like you to take action on the below problems

1. The contract for our repairs is given to Mr. Dutta by Mhada for repairs of our building, but the contractor has not even completed 20% of repairs and vanished away without any communication to our members.

2. While doing the external repairs they have damaged the pipelines of our building which are still not repaired, due to which there is massive water flow around the building which causes loss of water as well as can give rise to water born diseases.

3. We have been continuously writing to mhada but there was no action taken by them with respect to same. We have maintained the received copies for the applications done to them and now the documents have risen but actions are zero.

4. In some flats the leakage is so extensive that the resident of that flat is afraid that his ceiling may fall down at any moment causing cost of life.

5. Kindly arrange for removal of Illegal hordings that are displayed on our building damaging the structure of building as well as distracting the vehicle drivers while driving, as it is on the main road.

On behalf of our building I request to help us on this matter.

We can provide you all the request letters written to Mhada officers on our official letter from the secretary of the building stating that they favor us.
