Arbitrary bill preparation with out taking actual meter reading

Dear Sir

my consumer No 117753006693 bill unit No.4713 circle 3 city Bhusawal, staff dealing with bill preparation are preparing eletric bills with closed eyes, they are continuously showing reading 3727 instead of correct reading 4748 as on 12.11. consumed units 112 since may when I approached them in the office they and noticed that meter reading is not being updated properly, now they began to show meter faulty and sending bills of high amount instead of making necessary correction, to harass me

Apathy towards the working staff within the said bill unit, being adopted is clear and it necessitates drastic action to be taken against the staff for purposely ignorance of rules established in this regard.
