I have applied for withdrawing the PF amount from my previous employer M/s MHB Filter India Pvt ltd (Tumkur).

The details are as follows,

PF Account No. is KN 30155 / 086 on 19th Feb. The acknowledgement has been received but till now the amount is not credited into my account. The acknowledgement is attached.
