Failure of music system & bad service

Sir/Madam,
I Mr. Jitesh Pal, a customer, is not satisfied due to following reasons:-
1) Missing Warranty card while delivery:-
Product was delivered without any warranty card. The same was communicated/informed to Sony Mony Electronics (vile Parle) which then was received within 20-25 days.
2) Poor After-sale-service:-
Product is app. 3 months old & we still donot have anyone to show the demo of the system.
3) Problems faced with music system:-
Product already serviced once due to Malfunctioning of system, Disk lens replaced.
Thereafter problems:- as there was a continuous "HISS" coming out from speakers which was audible from the listening position both while stop & play mode. Same was reported to "Sony Authorised Service Center". Several technicians visited (juniors & seniors). Feedback received from the technicians were found to be contradictory & the problem was unsolved.
Finally, the Music System is in such a bad condition that it is not playable at all. "PLEASE WAIT" appears on the display screen. This situation was also addressed both to the dealer
& service center & we still fail to hear them.
Requesting you to action upon this issue asap since I have already informed Bank for stop payment of future installments.
