Not giving complete documents of shop purchased

Sir,

I had purchased a shop No.8 on Second floor of NQI plaza in Alpha-I, Greater Noida and took the possession of the shop on 1.08.2006.From Mr. Sayed Mohd Quadir Ali M.D (M.I.Builders) H.O New Janpath complex 28/14, 9-A, Ashok margh Hazrat Ganj Lucknow-226001 (U.P) And Branch office A-3 sector -4, Noida01 (U.P)

Recently I applied for the loan in the State Bank of India against the same property but the bank objected that the possesion letter is issued by the M.I.Builders where as the sub-lease deed is by Mr Syed Mohd. Quadir ali Director M.I.Builders.

Thereafter, I had asked the builder to issue me the allotment letter and the possetion letter singed by Mr Quadir ali but inspite of my innumerable reminders personal visits, E-mails to them they have not responded either of them.

The builder is refusing to issue me any kind of furthur legal documents. According to him, sub lease deed is enough and said that they won't help me now, I shouldn'd ask anything else from them.

I need your help regarding the matter.
