No gettting water in correct time

Dear sir,

iam mohammed moulana, staying in erragadda since three years from last one month onwards in our colony (banjara nagar) Erragadda not getting water at least 2hrs with the effect of this we are facing so many problems even we are taking bath weekly two or three times, before October we get two time water per day now a days we getting only one time for 2hrs only ie, 6.30am to 8.30 am so it is not enough to 10 families.

we had taken a new connection also they told us 24hrs (krishna) water service but they had forget 22 hrs.

so, please arrange atleast 6 hrs water service.
