Phone is not working Properly

Myself Deepak Mishra purchsed Mobile Model Micromax Q3 with one year warranty dated 13-08-09 from Royal Enterprisers, plot no -255, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, orissa, is not working properly. This is second time that i'm facing same Display problem and this time anew problem is arised battery backup problem.

Kindly assist me what do i do? Within 14 days i'm facing this problem two times, and i don't know how many times it may arised in future.

Kindly consider my problem.
