Respected Sir,
I have purchased a medicine “Pulmocef-CV 500” from the medical store for my wife which was prescribed by Doctor Anoop Bhusan, MDS [Dental Specialist] after surgery of lower teeth third molar on 18th Sept. 2009. She was taking medicine continuously as advised by doctor but there were no any improvements in recovery and pain. On 21st Sept. she observed that medicine is having very rough surface finish and brownish in color and fungus on tablet. So we complaint to medical store owner. He was surprised to see the medicine and informed to distributor and MR and gave another pack of four tablets but same batch no. PPFB 004 and manufacturing date March & expiry date Aug. 2010. We again check and found all 04 tablets observed similar to previous. Then I purchased similar salt of another company. I am giving the details of Medical Store as below which is mention on cash memo.
Ghaziabad Medical Bureau, CK-7, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad and cash memo no. is 1108
Till now I did not get any response from distributor and company representative. So I am requesting you, please check the medicine physically and chemically and enquire all details and tell me. We are assuming the fake medicine and my wife has faced its result as severe pain and delay in recovery. We are waiting your response very eagerly. Otherwise we will move in legal consumer forums.
Regards
Anil Sharma
