E-mail statement not recd even after repeated requests

I hold an account no - 008705005983, I have subscribed to the e-mail daily statements, which has stopped coming to me after 2nd of July,
spoken to the customer care n-number, executive Vidya and Prakash assured me that this would be resolved in 24hrs of time, then spoken to Rajni or someone who was the supervisor on floor on the 8th of july who told me clear cut that they wont be able to help as there is a technical problem, now the question is no-one in the cell knew there is a technical fault except the supervisor
the supervisor also said they will take more days to resolve this and abt 75 percent people have subscribed to this service so we do not have a solution to this
I expect an answer to this from the bank
current accounts where the transactions are daily, how can a person keep a track of this without the statements and if there is a fault which i have my doubhts then why i was not informed in the first call
can i expect a solution to this now...
