Encroachment in Okhla Industrial Estate phase-III

Respected Sir/ madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice about an unauthorized encroachment at near kishok no. 81, okhla Industrial estate area phase-III, New Delhi-20 (police station phase-I, okhla industrial area, New Delhi-20).

Approx encroachment area is 1500 sq yards. This is one of the waste material dealers (Kabadiwala), He has encroach all the surrounding area with his junk material/kabada.

The irony is, the land does not belong to this person Mr. Mishra (Kabadiwala).

However, he is using all the land he could to spread his junk around.

Due to his junk/kabada there are too much bad smell in rainy days and regular days.

may be he have unauthorized electricity and water arrangements.

Kindly take action and get his junk yard removed as soon as possible as it is causing us a lot of inconvenience. Even the road has been blocked by his kabada stock.
