Not attend my problem

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a Mobile phone of Micromax-CDMA, Model no. C2i, from Aditya telecomm. Vikas marg, Delhi before two months. Now it is not working properly basically problem in phone is its backlight & due to this its battery back is only give one to two hours backup. I am going to the Aditya telecomm but they cant listen my problem. Kindly help.
