Unauthorised construction and misuse of street space by using mcd space by local people

I am residing in Matia Mahal Street which is situated in old delhi. The street actual width is more than 10 feet, which is covered almost 5-6 feet by local people. The have put their unauthorised temporary shop set up . there is only 4-5 feet for walkin or resident. It is very tough to move from there due to rush on their shop. We have loged complaint to our are MLA/ Counsilor, but they have not taken any action.
Request you to pls move forward this complant to concern divition.
