I am not satisfied with your product and service

The micromax Q5 model has lots of defects in it, and in the service centers that provide services to this mobile are not proper, they do not listen to the problems when the customer tells, and in the list of 5 problems given to them, they fix only one and return it back to the customer saying everything got fixed. This is highly frustating, people put a half day leave and wait in a queue for it get fixed and the response that they get is improper.
