STD pack of charges Re.1per/min not activated as yet

Dear sir

I'm a customer of Vodafone & has two numbers in activation.

I have two corporate connections in my name as i 'm a member of ABES Engineering College.

However, i'm suffering the problem that my STD pack of Re.1 per min has not yet been activated since i have activated my no. This inconvenince is on my both numbers. Kindly see to it for the rectification as early as possible.

Also see if my old bill generated on 3rd sep, 09 can be rectified as STD has been charged at

the rate of Rs.1.50 per min. instead of Re. 1 per min.
