Datacable problem

Oho..i bought this mobile just 10days back but when i was used first time the datacable worked properly for 2times.but now it doesnt.tell where is its service center how can solve this proble.already i tried with new datacables and also charging problem arised now.pls gelp me. is there no guarnty for my money.
