Not conecting to pc

This is ravi gaur recently i had buy a micromax q3 phone for the purpus of using net on my pc but it not conecting to pc please help me how i can connect it to my pc?

at this time i am not happy with this product did it has any pc suit?

plese help me as soon as possible.
