In yesterday’s (5.10.09) Mumbai Mirror In the “Gadget” Section your explained about Micromax Q3 dual cell phone. I have a bitter experience with the same piece. Neither the service centre in Mumbai (htc.mumbai@rteservices.com) n or the website (micromaxinfo.com) were able to solve my problems. They don’t provide software CD along with the cell and if you try to download the drivers from their site you are at risk of inviting viruses (Trojan)!! I had repeatedly contacted their mumbai service centre and the reply I have received from their service man, Mr. Mangesh was shocking!! He simply said to deactivate the virus scan and load the driver and then check for viruses!!! A idiot will understand the funda of viruses – if a virus is activated then the same virus will not be detected!!!

Their “contact us” never CONTACT BACK!!! The piece is worthless and uninteresting. I had purchased the piece from PLANET M at Centreone Vashi and I am so surprised that such an established dealer ever entertain such a manufacturer!!

I warn the Mumbai mirror readers not to fall prey for Micromax Q3 atleast!!
