BAD SERVICE OF SERVICE CENTRE

Dear sir,

i have a centre key problem in my micromax q55 mobile. i have deposited it to the micromax service centre (simran communication, shop no.-53, ground floor neelam flyover, neelam chowk, NIT faridabad) because it is in warranty period. The service centre person instead of repairing my mobile, they have also broken my mobile back mirror. but even after 15 days they have not repaired my mobile. when i call them they ignored me. and even when i demanded for the bill slip for the repairment or the repairment slip, they also refused to give the mobile repairment slip. kindly help me in repairment of my mobile and service method of the service centre. i shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
