Worst product and Service

Hi,

I bought X280 model mobile in sangeeta mobiles, Chennai.

From the beginning I had some issues (Very very low sound, very very very low, Low battery back up, Receiver-end not able to hear my voice, Adapter not working, Headset not detecting) with that mobile.

So I went RT outsourcing Service Limited, Chennai. on 18th August and I have given my mobile full set, they said contact us within 2 days for update, I have called them after 2 days they said, there is problem with mother board and it need to be replaced, for this it will take minimum 1 week. I also agreed for that, After 1 week whenever I called them they said waiting for parts till 9th September. Finally they gave me my mobile on 10th September. That too they have not serviced well, since still I have the issue (Very low sound, loudspeaker tone also very very very low, battery back up).

The service provider took around 23 days but they are not gave good service.
