Equesting for the verification of the truthfulness of the mail which says i am the winner of a lottery worth $450, 000

I have received a mail from micro-soft America online promotion, (mrsuning_psu09@optionline.net) in which i am said that i am winner of $450, 000. I simply want to verify this sender. I will be grateful to you if you will look this complain and send me a mail towards this action.

Name of the person involved: Dr. Pamela Clason (officer), email: micro1960@live.com and Mrs. EmilyAnderson, Micro-soft America Online Promotion, 25 N.wenatchee Ave., Suit 206, Wenatchee, WA 98801, Washington, UNITED STATES.

I requested to pay the custom and clearence charges and processsing fees (twenty thousand rupees) to their delegate/officer who is said to come down to our country to deliver the cheque and i have to give the money before he commence the process.
