Fake person, information given by Mr. C. Emmanuel (Diplomat).

Please note for above prize I have paid up full transaction amounts on instructions of Mr. Ali Muhammed

(Paymaster) through their Indian Agent's various Bank accounts, in the month Sept'08.

Now first Diplomat & Mr. Mark Rooney (ST Bank, Manager) asked me to come to New Delhi or pay Rs. 55, 000/- to deliver my parcel to Mumbai, as courier company has paid airfare upto New Delhi to Diplomat.

Next day Mr. C. Emmanuel informed me that his company has paid the air fare for Mumbai, but while scanning of the parcel at domestic air port of New Delhi, custom officials found cash (US Dollars) inside the parcel. Ultimately the parcel is handed over to British High Commission, New Delhi / India.

Mr. C. Emmanuel sent message to me, contact to Mr. James Nazi working in British (DEPUTY) High Commission, Mumbai / India, for collection of your parcel.

I called Mr. James Nazi and wished to meet him personally regarding my parcel. Then Mr. James Nazi sent SMS to me on my mobile regarding bank account details of somebody and told me to pay first Rs. 75, 000/- for Indian Government tax. On receiving the confirmation of payment then he will call me for collection of the parcel.

I fowarded the messages of Mr. C. Emmanuel & Mr. Mark Rooney to British High Commission, New Delhi & Mumbai / India, regarding above matter and about Mr. James Nazi demand.

British High Commission, New Delhi sent message to me, do not pay any amount to anybody. Also informed me to contact police immediately regarding this matter.

I have paid up till now a substantial amount, hoping to receive winning prize. Still I am awaiting for that.

Please advise me, how to claim my winning parcel or get back my money.

The consumer should have right atleast to claim the money back.
