As the flat constructed by this company in pulthivakkam, 2nd street new india colony, Sownak Flats, Chennai-91 has facing lot of problems within 5 to 6 months of handing over the flats. Even the owners of flats has approached him in person but no use, poor response.

No proper plumbing work, drainge works, EB Boards not closed, poor wood work, poor overhead tank, open space not closed properly, crack on tiles work, beam cracks development. Amount spend by Ownners of flats after occupying is Approx-
