Regarding insisting of Customs Duty

I got a mail in the month of February, stating that I got 5, 00, 000 GBP in microsoft lottory and asked me to submit the necessary papers, Accordingly I furnsh all the details after that the above company was referred CCS EXPRESSCOURIER DELIVERY SERVICES to contact to obtain the winning cheque. I was approached them one day they have asked me pay the courier charges. I have paid Rs. 20, 900/- towards the courier charges. Since three days they are insisting me to pay Rs.38, 200/ towards the Customs Clearances at New Delhi Air Port (They are telling that the parcle was hold by the customs department). Now I am not in a positing to pay such amount. If it is the geninue case I will pay the same. Kindly advise me.
