Poor service of PNB ext. counter Baranala

Dear Sir,

Thsi is regarding the Very poor service of PNB ext. counter Baranala. Some of the emplyee withdraw there pf. but after the check received form thr pf office to the bank. they don't credit the amount to there acoount 2-3 months. I have also faced the same problelm. After the long follow up i got my mony. every time i visit to the bank for follow up, the bank representative say they don't have staff for it. we have also compalint to main branch but no action. Will PNB will pay the intrest for this amount. and rectifie the delay, can they improve the servise and appiont some educated staff.
