Late delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had booked a parcel on 12/07/08 to Tarapur but till date it's not delivered nor we are getting any response from the no. 09325785277 provided by vasai branch to contact upon.

We do hold a corporate account in your courier company than also this kind of service than I can't imagine the condition of a normal guy booking parcel at your organization.

The courier reached Mumbai on 13th as shown in the status but has been transferred to boisar on 16th, A gap of 3 days within a city??? anyway if you could respond quickly than atleast provide us the contact no. of the concerned person so that we can waste some more money to track the consignment for which we are paying to your company already.
