MICROTECH INVERTER AND EXCIDE BATTERY
EXCESS vaT CLAIMED BY THE DEALER M/S SHINE ELECTRIC AT KHARAGPUR-721301

I have purchased one microtech inverter and excide battery from m/s shine electric at kharagpur-721301 and vat has been claimed @12.5% with VAT no-19843366049.but as per govt norms VAT should be 4%.also another excide battery was purchased from the same dealer on 14/10 for my indica with a VAT @12.5%.

other than this the shine electric has not been cooperating me for the defectivepart of the battery despite of several intimation
