Cheating the customer by installing a old spare parts by charging the new rate

Hi this is to inform you on 16/01 i caught the Engg red hand from Microtek inverter while installing the old Circuit board in a brand new E2 625 model purchased 2days ago. My complain no is E220011:000023 Date 14/01 registered on service center. I immediately call Mr Randir mob no (09324939704) he is the incharge of Microtek mumbai service center. He accepted that company is not installing the new Spare parts because of huge stock of old spare parts.i didn't allow to install the Circuit Board still my inverter was not repaired. Please suggest.
