Microtek ups 600va
NO BACKUP AT ALL

Dear sir,

I had bought a 600va microtek ups 2yrs ago..from the first day itself I'm experiencing problems. Now it is not providing any backup... as soon as the power goes it beeps continuously and within no time the pc is switched off... I charged it for 12-15 hrs removing evry plug connected to it... still the problem persists...

I always keep it in charging mode.plz help me out... do i need 2 change the battery.
