Non-payment of security deposit

I started a franchisee store of live in jeans (micro-tex india ltd.) and gave them 7.5lacs as security deposits, for which we had an agreement that it will be refunded at the time of closure of the store.

its been 2 years since company has closed the store but still i have not recieved the amount. still over 3 lac is balance . i have been calling them every day from the past two years. but no one even the owner of the company also doesn't reply. they are all very bad toned and always talk disgusts.

please help me to get the money back. i have all the document which proves the same.
