Wrongly debiting

Dear Sir/Madam

Further to our complaint dated 21st july, airtel complaint ref no 0724169650, I wish you to inform you that over the past 2 months you have been wrongly debiting me Rs.3/- against VAS downloads which I ve not been doing and I ve no desire to do so. Please investigate this matter and credit my account by cumulative debits of round VAS downloads over the past 2 months which would be close to Rs.300/-

With immediate effect please make sure NO VAS download charges should be debited to me. Please confirm.
