Not Responding the complaint dt 28.07.08

Dear sir,

I have lodged a complaint on dated 28/07/08 on your toll free no1800110011 regarding my MICROWAVE oven and your customer care centre centre said that your comp. will be resolved within 72 hours but now 8 days has passed but i did not get a single responce till the date.

and when i again call the customer care they did't give me proper responce. Sir this is second time when my Microwave met with SAME FAULT first time they take 7days to solve my comp.now you can see it is again and again getting same fault.

sir i can not hope this kind of service from a reputed company and sir i have decided now that i will not buy any of SAMSUNG product in future. iam taking this decision due to your VERY POOR SERVICE.
