On 28.02. I paid you a sum of Rs. 842/- towards one year AMC of Microware but my maiden complaint dated 24.10.2008 (No 2338877) is yet to be attended. Further my complaint for washing machine made on 10.10.2008 (No. 2277390) is attended so far.
These are not the two isolated case of your workforce’s casual approach and deficiency in service. Your call centre record will show that I always make specific request for attending complaint after 6.00PM (on working day) but your representative never care for the same, forcing me for making repeated complaints and taking leave from my office to get my washing machine repaired.
